How long will it take for my order to ship after payment has been processed?

Orders will ship within 2 business days after payment had been processed.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders will arrive in 2-5 business days after being processed.

How do I know if my order was received?

Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation in less than 24-48 hrs.

What if I don't receive an email confirmation pithing 24-48 hrs?

This just means we have a lot of orders being processed and your email is on it's way. However, please send a direct email to purposeful-living@soulfulheels.com In the subject field, title ORDER STATUS.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

After the order is processed, the tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided. Shipping is provided by USPS.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL! NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES!

NON-SALE ITEMS ARE STORE CREDIT ONLY!

You will receive an email confirmation of returned item. As long as item has no wear and tear (has not been worn) store credit can be applied.

Return address will be provided in the return confirmation email.

When sending back orders, Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Please be sure to include your original packaging slip

Store credit will be issued within 5 business days after the returned item is processed.
